I purchase unlimited access in March 2016, on 7/19/17 i tried to access the new A+ exam to prepare myself and I had access to nothing. I reached out to support@***.com, and was told i need my bank records, despite the receipt and invoice to prove i paid for access.

when I signed in on 7/25/17 my invoice has been removed from my account. I have reached out to them in the past for assistance and they has always been responsive til now.

I have filed a complaint on ecommerce complaint page and trying to file one everywhere possible until something is done. We put our trust in a company and only want what is due to us.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Actualtests Pros: Started off great.

Actualtests Cons: Are not sticking to previously aggreed terms.

I think that is great idea you have. Hopefully filing a complaint on ecommerce will help.

I'm looking into reporting them to the BBB. Maybe they can do something even though they are supposedly based in the UK.
